Summary

Seasonal outlet receiving associate responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming merchandise at the Potomac Mills outlet on a part time temporary basis. Role focuses on accurate handling of inventory, maintaining shipment documentation, and supporting outlet operations during peak seasonal periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments at the outlet receiving area
• Inspect merchandise for accuracy and damage
• Process and document received inventory in the system
• Sort and prepare items for stocking or storage
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving workspace
• Coordinate with store and stockroom teams on inventory flow
• Assist with seasonal inventory counts and cycle counts

Requirements

• Previous retail or warehouse receiving experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise safely
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work a flexible part time seasonal schedule
• Good communication and teamwork skills
