Operations Support Associate

Summary

Support day-to-day store operations by receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining stock room and sales floor organization, executing inventory tasks and assisting selling floor needs. This role is non-selling focused but will assist customers and sales transactions as business requires. The position may be offered as full time or part time depending on availability and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and merchandise per company guidelines including markups markdowns and tagging
• Inspect deliveries for damage and ensure proper sensor and tag placement
• Perform daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment activities
• Manage ship to home orders and store to store transfers
• Maintain organized stock room and sales floor inventory levels
• Support sales floor with stock checks merchandise delivery and customer service
• Process sales transactions returns and discounts following company policies
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
• Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities

Requirements

• Back of house or similar retail experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs and work on the sales floor stock room and office
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts
• Ability to collaborate and foster a positive work environment
• Comfort working with chemicals as required by tasks
• Ability to participate in training and company initiatives
