Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate ensures efficient day to day store operations by receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining stockroom organization, supporting sales floor replenishment, and assisting with customer needs. This role is adaptable to business needs and may be offered full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and merchandise according to units per hour goals including markups and markdowns
• Inspect deliveries for damage and verify packaging and sensor tag placement
• Execute daily RFID scans and complete replenishment activities
• Manage ship to home orders and store to store transfers
• Process retickets create tags and associate RFID tags
• Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery to the sales floor
• Greet and assist customers and process sales transactions and returns
• Maintain store presentation standards and participate in visual merchandising
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels

Requirements

• Back of house or similar retail experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor stock rooms and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts or travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and management
