Seasonal PT GSC

Summary

Provide an exceptional and memorable shopping experience while supporting guest service areas, the sales team, and store operations. Assist guests with their individual shopping needs and help maintain a welcoming, organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide product and department guidance, and assist with customer inquiries.
• Support the call center, guest kitchen, sales floor, concierge, and administrative functions as needed.
• Locate products, coordinate transfers and customer sends, and partner with operations associates on follow-up.
• Prepare the store for opening and closing, replenish merchandise and supplies, and maintain clean sales floor and fitting room areas.
• Assist with sales transactions, customer information capture, and store phone calls.
• Prepare food or beverages to guest specifications and provide guest kitchen support.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related customer experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service focused, with strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to supporting all departments.
• Demonstrated passion for the Ralph Lauren brand and interest in career growth.
