Seasonal Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized, customer-first service to create an inspiring shopping experience that aligns with brand expectations. This seasonal role focuses on driving sales, building customer connections, and supporting store initiatives. Ambassadors are team players who participate in training and support new ways to shop and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Provide personalized customer service and represent the brand experience on the sales floor.
• Support company and store initiatives, participate in team training, and provide feedback to management.
• Utilize digital and alternative purchase channels such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home to enhance sales.
• Maintain sales floor standards, assist with product discovery tools like QR codes and digital catalogs, and engage in clienteling to build a clientele.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and move around the sales floor for multiple hours; ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in stock and dressing areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
