Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and sales goals by keeping the customer at the center of decisions.
• Build customer relationships and clientele, and support alternative shopping and purchasing options.
• Represent brand expectations, support company initiatives, and participate in team training.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and share customer and category feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
