Summary

Seasonal Receiving Support Associate to assist with receiving operations at the South Coast Plaza location on a part time seasonal basis. Role focuses on supporting merchandise intake and backroom organization during peak periods to ensure efficient store replenishment and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against invoices and packing lists
• Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies
• Organize and maintain stockroom and receiving areas
• Tag and price items as required before transfer to sales floor
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts during peak season
• Coordinate with store and visual teams to prioritize processing of high demand items
• Load and unload delivery vehicles following safety procedures
• Move merchandise to appropriate storage locations and prepare for transfers

Requirements

• Previous retail receiving or stockroom experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and merchandise safely
• Basic math and record keeping skills for verifying shipments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Availability to work a flexible part time seasonal schedule including weekends
• Effective communication skills to work with store and logistics teams
• Ability to follow store procedures and safety guidelines
