Summary

Provide personalized service and styling guidance to women's apparel customers while building lasting relationships and meeting sales goals. Maintain expertise in product knowledge, fit, and fashion trends to create a welcoming shopping experience and encourage customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer styling and fit advice, recommend alterations when appropriate, and follow up with customers to build lasting relationships.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals while staying accountable for results.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory participation.
• Communicate with teammates and contribute to a positive, productive department.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Team-first mindset, comfort with technology and digital selling tools, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, frequently handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
