Job Description

Summary

Provide friendly, customer obsessed service assisting customers with transactions and problem resolution in a fast paced store environment. Demonstrate proficiency with store technologies and inspire trust and teamwork while maintaining security and privacy of customer information. Schedule and hours will vary based on business needs and role is seasonal with potential regular opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in technologies used in the store environment
  • Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions
  • Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliance and issue resolution
  • Promote initiatives such as the rewards program to customers
  • Collaborate with team members to inspire positive relationships and teamwork
  • Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on department needs
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and handling merchandise

Requirements

  • Ability to build effective relationships with customers, peers and leadership
  • Proficiency with multiple operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS and Android
  • Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
  • Capable of continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally
