Seasonal Retail Associate - Bal Harbour

Summary

Seasonal Retail Associate supporting the selling team during peak holiday periods to enhance the client experience through welcoming customers, assisting across store areas, and executing transactions and pickup workflows. Reports to a Senior Manager and works flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments and transition them to appropriate associates
• Serve in different store areas based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently
• Handle escalated issues and connect customers with management as needed
• Support BOPIS Curbside pickup and online order pickups in partnership with Operations
• Assist with fitting room experiences when required
• Introduce and promote services such as alterations personalization food or beverage and delivery or package carry out
• Demonstrate follow up on customer requests questions and needs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer centric role with proven ability to sell products and services
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work on the sales floor and support varied operational tasks
