Seasonal Retail Associate

Summary

Seasonal Retail Associate responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while using digital tools and in-store technology. The role supports in-person and remote clients, achieves sales goals, and reports to the Sales Manager. This position is onsite for the specified Houston location and focuses on delivering a luxury retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement
• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to clients in person and digitally
• Utilize digital selling tools, omni-channel inventory, and store technology to drive sales
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize outreach and business development to increase individual productivity
• Use social media and digital tools to connect with clients and generate traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration with store teammates
• Service clients who come into the store and those who are remote using technology

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivated with the ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to work onsite at the Houston store and report to Sales Manager
