Seasonal Retail Cashier - International Plaza

Summary

Seasonal retail cashier and sales floor support role providing excellent customer service at the point of sale, assisting with transactions, returns and customer inquiries while maintaining store presentation and supporting order fulfillment and pick up.

Responsibilities

• Process sales, returns and other transactions at checkout and assist customers over the phone
• Listen to customer needs and provide product recommendations based on fashion trends
• Maintain a tidy cash wrap area and sales floor including light cleaning and restocking
• Support other store areas such as order fulfillment and order pick up
• Build customer relationships and promote gift cards and rewards program
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and reaching as required

• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally
