Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide helpful style and fit feedback.
• Develop product and fashion knowledge and introduce customers to the rewards program.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally assist in another department.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable using networking and technology to support sales.
• Able to work well on a team, prioritize tasks, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
