Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit guidance, and share product knowledge.
• Support department readiness through order fulfillment, stocking, merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts and help customers on their terms.

Requirements
