Seasonal Retail Sales - Holiday Gift Shop - Park Meadows

Summary

Provide customer-focused sales and styling support in the Holiday Gift Shop, building lasting customer relationships both in-store and digitally. Work a flexible schedule based on business needs and help keep the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, complete price markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• Strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work well on a team, prioritize tasks, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing and moving for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
