Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships, provide style and fit advice, and deliver customer-focused service.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and encourage enrollment in the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule and assist in other departments when needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
• Strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work well on a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
