Summary

Provide customer-focused sales and styling service in the Holiday Gift Shop. Build customer relationships and meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit feedback, and develop product knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and work flexibly across departments as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work well on a team, prioritize tasks, stay organized, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
