Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Cultivate and grow a customer following through relationship building
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use networking and technology to reach sales targets
• Maintain department readiness including stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Work flexible hours and occasionally perform duties in other departments
• Handle merchandise and assist customers with physical tasks like lifting and reaching
