The Beauty Advisor provides an elevated client experience by delivering personalized beauty consultations, professional make-up and treatment applications, and achieving individual and department sales goals. Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic and event sales goals and department daily and monthly targets
- Provide dynamic in-store service presence and professional make-up and treatment consultations
- Identify client needs through effective questioning and recommend appropriate products or services
- Actively use social media to grow personal brand and drive business
- Utilize online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
- Cross sell across product lines to increase client basket
- Proactively offer in-store services to personalize the shopping experience
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter and store presentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
- Proven sales experience with history of achieving or exceeding goals
- Comfortable using online clienteling tools, social media, and technology
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive interpersonal relationships
- Ability to problem solve and contribute to a collaborative team environment
