Summary
Seasonal retail logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, and supporting store operations during peak season at the Mayfair location.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload freight and unpack newly arrived merchandise
- Deliver merchandise to selling departments and assist with restocking
- Fulfill customer orders following quality and packing standards
- Prepare and ship customer orders meeting shipping guidelines
- Use inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Support store activities such as special events, markdowns, and fixture relocation
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using various technologies and computer applications
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
