Summary

The Seasonal Retail Stock And Fulfillment role supports store operations by receiving, processing and delivering merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule during peak seasonal periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise for selling departments
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling areas and organize stockrooms
• Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Assist with store tasks such as markdowns, relocating fixtures and event setup
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and backroom areas
• Support general store operations as needed during peak periods

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort using various technologies and inventory applications
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasional lifts up to 50 pounds
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
