Summary
Seasonal logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments while fulfilling customer orders and preparing shipments. Works in a fast paced retail environment maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting store operations and events.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
- Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders timely following quality standards
- Prepare and ship customer orders following packing and shipping standards
- Use inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
- Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
- Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Provide general store support such as setup of special events, markdowns and fixture relocations
Requirements
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use a variety of technology and computer applications
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to provide outstanding customer experiences
