Summary

Seasonal Sales Assistant for the holiday period supporting store operations and driving sales through exceptional customer service and client relationship management at the outlet location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated customer experiences to increase loyalty and sales
• Assist Sales Associates with ringing sales and greeting clients
• Support business development by growing brand and product knowledge
• Manage stock and backroom operations including receiving and transferring
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Run product from back of house to front of house
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
• Provide after sale service to support client retention

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience; luxury experience preferred
• Proven customer service skills in a retail environment
• Basic computer skills including retail POS, Word, Excel and email
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial, results driven attitude and high energy personality
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
