Seasonal Sales Assistant joining the store team for the holiday season to support sales, customer service and store operations while representing the brand with elevated professionalism and style.
Responsibilities
- Increase brand and product knowledge to support sales
- Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs and drive results
- Assist Sales Associates with ringing, selling ceremony and greeting clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service to increase customer loyalty
- Support after sale service to maintain client relationships
- Manage stock and backroom operations including receiving transferring and stock arrangement
- Perform goods receiving reporting and stock takes
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Run product from back of house to front of house
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail luxury experience preferred
- Computer skills including retail sales system Word Excel and email
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High energy positive outgoing personality able to work in a fast paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive results
