Seasonal Sales Assistant

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Assistant will join the store team for the holiday season to support sales, operations, and client service while representing the brand and delivering an elevated luxury customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Increase brand and product knowledge to support sales
• Assist Sales Associates with ringing, selling ceremony, and greeting clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty
• Drive sales results through client engagement and after sale service
• Manage stock and backroom operations including receiving and transferring
• Perform stock takes and maintain stock arrangement and reporting
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Run product from back of house to front of house

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail
• Luxury retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate retail sales systems
• Basic computer skills including Word Excel and email
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude and results driven
• Positive outgoing high energy personality able to work in a fast paced environment
