Seasonal Sales Assistant

Summary

Seasonal Sales Assistant joining the store team for the holiday season to support sales, operations, and deliver elevated customer experiences while reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Increase brand and product knowledge to support sales
• Master selling skills and assist in ringing and client greeting
• Provide superlative customer service to drive loyalty
• Support after sale service and client relationship management
• Manage stock and backroom operations including receiving and transfers
• Perform stock takes and maintain stock arrangement and reporting
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Run product from back of house to front of house

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail
• Luxury retail experience preferred
• Computer skills including retail sales system, Word, Excel and email
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High energy, positive and customer focused attitude
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive results
