Seasonal Sales Assistant

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Assistant will join the store team for the holiday season to support sales, client engagement and store operations while delivering an elevated luxury brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Increase brand and product knowledge to support sales
• Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs and assist in transactions
• Assist Sales Associates with ringing and greeting clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty
• Support after sale service and client relationship management
• Manage stock and backroom operations including receiving and transferring
• Conduct stock take and maintain stock arrangement and reporting
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Luxury retail experience preferred
• Proficiency with retail sales systems, Word, Excel and email
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High energy, positive and customer focused attitude
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive results
