Summary

Seasonal role supporting retail operations at the Holiday Shop within South Coast Plaza. The Sales Associate will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with merchandising and sales floor activities, and support store needs during the holiday period.

Responsibilities

Process sales transactions accurately using point of sale systems.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining attractive product displays.
• Restock merchandise and ensure inventory accuracy during the shift.
• Keep the sales floor clean organized and presentable.
• Support fitting room operations and manage returns or exchanges following store policy.
• Collaborate with team members to meet seasonal sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible holiday schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand walk and lift merchandise for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality customer experiences.
