Summary

Seasonal Sales Associate responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, driving sales, and supporting store initiatives. This part time role focuses on customer engagement, team collaboration, and representing brand standards while assisting in daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales to meet individual and store targets
• Provide personalized customer service and build clientele
• Support company and store initiatives and training activities
• Utilize digital tools and alternative purchasing methods to support sales
• Maintain consistent brand aligned customer experiences on the sales floor
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are met at all times
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Support collaborative team environment and champion company values

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and potential travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co workers
