• Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise features and benefits
• Develop client relationships beyond initial transactions
• Maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising standards
• Follow store operational policies and procedures
• Work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Prior retail experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Availability to work a minimum of two weekdays and one weekend day
• Ability to work flexible hours during the holiday season
