Seasonal Sales Support Advisor - 5th Avenue

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor provides in-store support during peak seasonal periods to ensure a seamless, elevated client experience. Working across front of house and back of house, this role assists Client Advisors and store leadership with product flow, replenishment, merchandising, and client requests. The advisor embodies brand standards, maintains store organization, and contributes to team objectives during high-volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors throughout the client journey during high-volume periods.
• Retrieve and deliver merchandise between BOH and sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Support daily product flow including replenishment, go-backs, receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient BOH and sales floor and help uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory activities, cycle counts, and other operational needs as requested by management.
• Provide flexible team and store support, performing additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required; luxury retail experience is a plus.
• Client-focused, team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to quickly learn product knowledge and store procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
