Seasonal Sales Support Advisor - Cabazon

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the store team during peak seasonal periods, helping deliver an elevated client experience. This role works across the sales floor and back of house to assist with client service, product flow, replenishment, and store organization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors throughout the client journey.
• Retrieve merchandise, support replenishment, and assist with product movement between the back of house and sales floor.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing, inventory activities, and maintaining an efficient store environment.
• Help maintain visual merchandising standards and provide flexible support based on store needs.
• Follow company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards while contributing to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability during the seasonal employment period, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days.
