Summary

The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers exceptional client experiences while achieving individual and store sales goals. The role builds lasting client relationships and supports store operations, visual merchandising, or training needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, identify their needs, and provide guidance on the brand and its products.
• Develop client relationships, conduct proactive outreach, and meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Maintain product knowledge and review personal performance to improve results.
• Support store operations, inventory activities, customer follow-ups, and visual merchandising standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and follow company policies and brand standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; relevant hospitality or client-service experience may be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused and team-oriented approach.
• Interest in fashion and luxury goods, professional presentation, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft tools; additional languages are preferred.
