Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the store team during peak seasonal business periods, helping deliver an elevated client experience. This role works across front-of-house and back-of-house activities, including product flow, replenishment, and store organization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors with client requests and merchandise retrieval.
• Assist with replenishment, go-backs, receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and back-of-house area while supporting inventory activities.
• Help maintain visual merchandising standards and provide flexible team support during busy periods.
• Follow company policies, safety requirements, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn product knowledge and store procedures.
• Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days throughout the seasonal employment period.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
