Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary role supports the sales team and helps deliver a high-quality client experience during the seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer questions, and assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Maintain workstation and selling floor organization, merchandise standards, and supplies.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter activities.
• Assist with after-sales needs, including logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift 0-25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work regularly in person at the designated location.
