Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary position supports the sales team and helps maintain a high-quality client experience through December 31.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, answer questions, and assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales process by retrieving, hanging, and returning merchandise and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep the workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and up to merchandise standards.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter activities; assist with after-sales needs and repair records.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills; detail oriented.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and work in person at the designated location.
