Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary position supports the sales team and contributes to a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at the point of sale.
• Support the sales process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep workstations and the selling floor organized, stocked, and maintained to merchandise standards.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, greeter, and after-sales activities, including repair logging and client follow-up.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and work in person at the designated location.
