The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house boutique activities. The role helps maintain a welcoming client experience and supports sales team operations during the seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer questions, and assist with wrapping and packaging.
• Support the selling process by retrieving, hanging, and returning merchandise and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep workstations and the selling floor organized, stocked, and aligned with merchandise standards.
• Assist client service, concierge, greeter, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work in person at the company-designated location.
