Seasonal Sales Support Associate - South Coast Plaza

Summary

Provides temporary clerical and sales support for front- and back-of-house operations in a luxury boutique. Helps deliver a high level of client service while supporting the sales team and maintaining organized merchandise and work areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Assist the sales team by retrieving, hanging, and returning merchandise and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep the selling floor and workstation organized, stocked, and aligned with merchandise standards.
• Support client service, concierge, greeter, doorperson, and after-sales activities, including repair records and client communication.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and work in person at the designated location.
