Seasonal Sales Support - Contact Centre

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand during the holiday season, delivering warm, professional service to clients and creating memorable experiences. The role supports sales and operations on the floor and at point of sale, assisting with gifting, wrapping and client interactions. This is a seasonal, client-facing position based in Vancouver focused on hospitality and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and warmly welcome and assist clients to create memorable experiences.
• Improve client experience through hospitality and personalized service to support sales and service goals.
• Assist with engraving station, boxing, wrapping and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
• Manage floor waiting lists and communicate service issues to management.
• Keep hospitality area, POS stations and sales floor neat, stocked and organized.
• Support operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory tasks and special projects.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
