Summary
Seasonal Team Member representing a luxury jeweler during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service, supporting sales and store operations, and creating memorable client experiences at the Fashion Valley location.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients to ensure a memorable branded experience.
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and completing point of sale transactions.
- Maintain hospitality area and manage floor waiting list when applicable.
- Assist with engraving station and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
- Perform general store upkeep to keep POS stations and sales floor orderly and clean.
- Communicate potential service issues to management and assist with after sales servicing.
- Assist operations team with policies, procedures, inventory and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Previous retail or luxury retail or client facing experience such as hospitality.
- Ability to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced changing environment.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
