Seasonal Sales Support - Green Hills

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand during the holiday season by delivering warm hospitality and memorable client experiences. This role supports sales and operations on the sales floor through client assistance, gift preparation, and maintaining store presentation during high volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable luxury experiences
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and point of sale tasks
• Maintain hospitality areas and manage floor waiting lists when applicable
• Assist with engraving station and after sales servicing as needed
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor orderly
• Communicate service issues to management
• Support operations team with policies procedures and special projects

Requirements

• Available to work nights weekends and holidays
• Previous retail luxury retail or client facing experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable working with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States
