Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering memorable client experiences through exceptional service and hospitality. This role supports the sales and operations teams by assisting with client interactions, point-of-sale duties, and store presentation to help drive both service and sales. Team members must be adaptable, client-focused, and able to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, acting as a positive brand ambassador to create memorable experiences.
• Support client hospitality and store amenities to enhance the in-store experience and drive sales.
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting lists where applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas, ensuring they are fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
• Communicate potential service issues with management and assist with after-sales servicing.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions after purchases.
• Assist operations with policies, procedures, inventory tasks, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
