Summary
Seasonal Sales Support reporting to the Store Manager/Director to assist sales operations and visual merchandising while delivering a personalized client experience both front of house and back of house. Act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador supporting client advisors, executing product care requests, and maintaining brand presentation and store standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide an elevated client experience to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Support Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product from back of house to sales floor.
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
- Assist with visual merchandising tasks including organizing and repositioning displays.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as requested by management.
- Perform operational tasks such as BOH organization and product go-backs.
- Participate as a team player in store activities and maintain a positive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies procedures and Moncler grooming standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment.
- Client oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook and ability to analyze sales reports.
- Dependable punctual and flexible with strong attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.
