Summary
Seasonal Sales Support reporting to the Store Manager/Director to assist sales operations, visual merchandising, and client experience activities in a luxury retail environment. The role supports front of house and back of house tasks, assists Client Advisors, and helps maintain brand standards and store operations during the seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver a high quality client experience.
- Support Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product requests from BOH to sales floor.
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
- Assist in maintaining and executing visual merchandising standards and displays.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as requested by management.
- Support BOH organization and product go-backs to maintain assortment.
- Perform additional operational tasks and duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain professional presentation and adhere to brand grooming and behavior standards.
- Collaborate as a team player to support store objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience in hospitality or client oriented service roles acceptable.
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Word Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages preferred.
