• Welcome and assist clients to deliver a memorable luxury brand experience
• Support client hospitality areas by keeping them stocked orderly and clean
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list when applicable
• Help sales team with boxing wrapping and replenishing POS and gifting supplies
• Perform POS functions after client purchase decisions are finalized
• Communicate potential service issues to management
• Assist operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
• Previous retail luxury retail or client facing hospitality experience
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States
