Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients to deliver a memorable luxury brand experience
- Support client hospitality areas by keeping them stocked orderly and clean
- Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list when applicable
- Help sales team with boxing wrapping and replenishing POS and gifting supplies
- Perform POS functions after client purchase decisions are finalized
- Communicate potential service issues to management
- Assist operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
- Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements
- Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- Previous retail luxury retail or client facing hospitality experience
- Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Capability to work with a diverse client base
- Authorization to work in the United States
