Summary

Seasonal sales support team member representing the brand during the holiday season, providing hospitality and assisting clients to create memorable luxury experiences. Role focuses on client interaction, supporting sales and operations, and maintaining an orderly store environment. Position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays and strong client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to deliver a memorable brand experience
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS functions after purchases
• Maintain hospitality area and ensure it is stocked orderly and clean
• Lead floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management
• Assist with engraving station where applicable
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor organized
• Support operations with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury retail or client related experience such as hospitality
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Ability to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States
