Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand and create memorable client experiences during the holiday season. They support client service, sales floor operations, and store teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, providing personalized hospitality and service.
• Support engraving, waiting lists, and hospitality areas where applicable.
• Assist with boxing and wrapping, replenishing supplies, and keeping sales areas organized.
• Support point-of-sale functions, store operations, inventory, after-sales service, and special projects.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience, such as hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with diverse clients, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
