Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand and help create memorable client experiences during the holiday season. They support sales, hospitality, store operations, and after-sales service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide assistance, and deliver attentive hospitality.
• Support store amenities, manage floor waiting lists, and keep hospitality areas clean and stocked.
• Assist with engraving, boxing and wrapping, point-of-sale functions, and replenishing supplies.
• Keep sales-floor and point-of-sale areas organized and assist with operational procedures, inventory, after-sales service, and special projects.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with a diverse client base, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
