Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

The Operations Professional provides essential back-of-house support to ensure the store delivers exceptional client experiences and meets sales objectives. This role focuses on order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and supporting sales colleagues to optimize client service. The position requires strong attention to detail, problem solving, and effective communication with sales, management and corporate partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and replenishment.
• Clean and handle merchandise, process jewelry repairs and prepare items for delivery.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory using reports and systems, report discrepancies to management.
• Support sales by capturing client data, handling phone and email correspondence, and partnering with Sales Professionals to optimize opportunities.
• Maintain store amenities and hospitality to enhance the in-store client experience.
• Follow company operational policies and provide feedback on process improvements.
• Work retail store hours as needed, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Organized, flexible and able to perform varied tasks based on business needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and/or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework or graduate gemologist credential.
